OUR Process Engineering Dashboard FEATURES

Bill of Material (BOM)

Constructing a comprehensive assembly requires the seamless integration of sub-assemblies, individual components, and Bought-Out Items (BOI). Our system enables the effortless creation of multi-level BOMs, allowing you to specify exact quantities for every nested element. This precision is vital; an accurate BOM is the backbone of production, preventing stockouts, eliminating over-purchasing, and ensuring total product consistency.

Raw Material Sizes

Define and catalogue the specific raw materials required for each component. By inputting critical dimensions—such as diameter, length, width, and thickness—and specifying the material’s shape and density, the system automatically calculates the precise raw material weight. This ensures accurate material requirements planning (MRP) and consistent production standards.

Routing

Routing is the roadmap for production. It defines the specific path a raw material follows through the factory to become a finished product. It dictates the sequence of operations, the machines used, and the labour required. Operation sequence, the chronological order of steps (e.g., Step 10: Cutting, Step 20: Turning, Step 30: Painting and so on). Creating routing in the ERP is made so easy wherein couple of minutes you can create it. In this stage itself, you can also specify which operation is in-house and out-source which helps automatic planning for entire routing operations.

Control Plan

While Routing is the “how-to” roadmap for production, a Control Plan is the “quality-guard” that ensures those steps are executed correctly. It is a living document that describes the systems used to minimize process and product variation. In industries like automotive (IATF 16949) and aerospace, a Control Plan is a mandatory requirement.

Assembly Process Sheet

The software generates step-by-step assembly process sheets to guide the manufacturing team through production. These comprehensive work instructions detail each stage of the build sequence, serving as the definitive operational standard for assembly technicians on the floor.
