The Assembly Department is where a manufacturing plant completes its core mission: taking individual fabricated components, sub-assemblies, and raw hardware and combining them into a finished, functional product.

Kitting
In the kitting module, the list of the subassemblies, component, BOI will be shown as per BOM along with required quantity and available quantity in the store to do assembly. User has to verify this quantity, and on submit this form, this will be sent to store to keep things ready to pick-up.
Assembly/Subassembly Operation
This module displays the queue of pending assembly workloads. Using the standardized process sheets created by the Process Engineering department, assembly operators follow explicit, step-by-step instructions to complete final assemblies and subassemblies.
