Settings

Mail Settings
Configure your outbound email settings in this module to enable automated mailing from the ERP. The system will use this address as the default sender (‘From’) email when dispatching documents across other modules, such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment reminders.
Prefix Settings
Use this section to configure custom prefixes and incremental numbering sequences for all document types. This applies to RFQs, Quotations, Order Acknowledgements, Purchase Orders, GRNs, Route Cards, Control Plans, FAIs, COCs, and any other system-generated formats.
Users Management
This module handles role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning. Administrators can create user accounts, assign dashboard visibility, and restrict or permit read/write access at the menu level. It also serves as an approval management engine where you can designate authorized workflows for business formats, including purchase orders and invoices.
