On adding new machine in the machine master, automatically in the maintenance dashboard, it will sit as activity setup pending. So for each machine, user has to add activities or task to be done daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
Tools Inventory
Access your daily maintenance schedule directly from the asset dashboard. Simply check off each task in the software as you complete it. Any missed maintenance routines will be automatically highlighted in the system report to prevent unexpected equipment risk.
Weekly Maintenance
The system generates a centralized list of all machinery requiring weeklymaintenance. Operators use an interactive digital checklist to mark each task as completed. To ensure strict operational compliance, the reporting module automatically flags and highlights any missed or overdue maintenance activities for immediate review.
Monthly Maintenance
Every time a machinist needs an end mill, a specialized gauge, or safety gear, it must be checked out. The tool crib ensures tools are tied to specific operators or jobs, preventing expensive gear from “walking off” or getting lost in someone’s personal locker
